IHI Africa Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement's 1st Annual Africa Forum on Quality and Safety in Health Care will take place in the Durban Conference Center (Durban, South Africa) from 19th - 21st February 2018. 

 

The 1st Annual Africa Forum is a new opportunity for clinicians, quality and safety professionals, health system leaders, global health professionals, non-profit organizations, policymakers and Ministries of Health, to disseminate breakthrough results, acquire practical skills to address critical health system gaps, leverage extensive networking opportunities and be inspired! With over 250 high-quality abstract submissions tabled for poster, rapid fire and oral presentations, healthcare in Africa is gearing up for a memorable convening.

 

IHI has secured funding from the New Venture Fund to provide a limited number of scholarships for attendees to the Africa Forum. There are a number of scholarships remaining that cover the cost of the conference registration fee. Preference will be given to abstract presenters, students and participants from LMICs, all applicants will be considered. IHI are especially keen to facilitate attendance for ministry of health leaders, managers and practitioners.
