Welcome to the second edition of 2013!  We've had some big changes recently.  Our CEO, Roisin Boland, retired on 25th March.  Peter Carter, who has been our Acting CEO since November 2012 has now taken on this role.

CEO's Report

The ISQua Board is pushing its planning horizon out to the current year plus four with the introduction of quadrennial budgeting. So when the Board met in Dublin just before Easter it considered its programme of activities and consequent funding through to 2017.

Among other planning decisions the Board has decided Annual Conference venues, regional activities, in principle expansion of the International Accreditation Programme, and education and knowledge expansion and diversity.

ISQua Activities
Conference

Everything is progressing well for the Edinburgh conference, with over 1200 abstracts received and registration figures growing every day.  All 1,200+ abstracts have received a double blind review and are now with our scientific committee for allocation into the programmes. Authors will receive their results in mid-May.
