2017 ISQua Board Election Process
 
We are delighted to announce that for this year’s election, our Board elections will be held using a leading independent provider of online voting systems, namely the Electoral Reform Services. 

The Call for Nominations will be sent to all Members by the end of May 2017. We have included a timetable below for the election process.


The timetable for Elections:

30th May 2017 All Members receive Call for Nominations
28th July 2017 17:00 (IST, UTC+1) Closing date for Nominations
4th August 2017 17:00 (IST, UTC+1)Candidates details and voting commences
31st August 2017 17:00 (IST, UTC+1)Closing date for voting
5th September 2017 (IST, UTC+1)Announcement of the result


Nomination Process Individual Members

All Individual Members wishing to nominate for the Board elections will be asked to complete and submit the following to the Electoral Reform Services:

  • Nomination form completed and signed by candidate as well as signed by two fully paid Individual Members
  • 150-word profile
  • Jpeg head shot


Nomination Process Institutional Members

All Institutional Members wishing to nominate for the Board elections will be asked to complete and submit the following to the Electoral Reform Services:

  • Nomination form completed and signed by representative of the organisation as well as signed by the representatives of two other fully paid institutional members
  • 150-word organisational profile
  • 50-word profile of representative of the organisation who will sit on the Board
  • Jpeg of the organisation’s logo
